Restore your smile with All on 6 dental implants in Alanya, Antalya. Six implants per jaw support a fixed, natural-looking set of teeth. Get a free consultation, 3D scan and personal treatment plan.
All-on-6 is a full-arch dental implant treatment in which a complete set of fixed teeth is supported by six implants placed in the upper jaw, the lower jaw, or both. Instead of replacing each missing tooth with its own implant, the prosthesis is anchored to six strategically positioned implants. This gives you a stable, fixed bridge that looks and feels like natural teeth and does not need to be removed at night.
Compared with All-on-4, the two additional implants spread the chewing forces over a wider area. This can give extra stability, especially in the back of the jaw where bite pressure is highest. Your dentist will decide whether All-on-6 is the right option after examining your bone volume and bite.
Alanya and Antalya are among Turkey's most popular destinations for dental tourism. At our clinic you can combine specialist implant care with a stay by the Mediterranean, in modern facilities with international sterilisation and hygiene standards. Many patients find that treatment in Turkey costs significantly less than in the UK, Germany or other European countries, while the clinical standard remains high. Our team speaks English, Turkish, German and Russian, so you can discuss every step of your treatment in your own language.
Heavy smokers and people with uncontrolled diabetes or other chronic conditions may need extra evaluation. Suitability is always confirmed after a clinical examination and a 3D scan.
The exact timeline depends on your case, but treatment usually follows these steps:
The surgery is carried out under local anaesthesia, so you should not feel pain during the procedure. Swelling, mild discomfort and tenderness for a few days afterwards are normal and are usually controlled with the medication we prescribe.
All-on-4 uses four implants per jaw, while All-on-6 uses six. The additional implants can spread bite forces more evenly and may be recommended when the jawbone allows it or when a stronger support is needed. Your dentist will recommend the better option after your scan.
With good oral hygiene, regular check-ups and no smoking, implants can last many years and often decades. The prosthesis itself may need maintenance or replacement over time because of normal wear.
Not always. Because the implants can be placed at an angle or in denser areas of bone, many patients can be treated without grafting. If your bone is very thin, a graft or sinus lift may be advised, and your dentist will explain this after the scan.
In most suitable cases, you leave with a temporary fixed prosthesis. Whether it can be fitted on the day of surgery depends on how stable your implants are.
The first stage usually takes about one week. You then return home while the implants heal and come back for the final prosthesis. Your dentist will give you a schedule that suits your case.
For the first weeks, we recommend soft foods and avoiding very hard or sticky items while the implants heal. After the final teeth are fitted, most patients return to a normal diet.
Brush twice a day, clean under the prosthesis with interdental brushes or a water flosser, and attend a check-up at least every six months. Not smoking greatly improves long-term success.
Most patients can travel once the first stage is complete and their dentist confirms it is safe. We will give you written aftercare instructions and stay in contact once you are home.
